Old blogspot property move on custom domain.

First of all go on Google Crawler and go your blogspot Property and go in setting.

You can see option like this upper image just you go and (Change of address) just open this and you can show new property Option.

Just click on domain option and use your new Domain Name and just click on move button. After one day your old Property move to your new domain.
